I had another operation on 16/9 on my patela tendon.

It was performed by Prof Hakan Alfredson in Umea Sports Clinic in Sweden.

He removed a significant amount of scar tissue from around the patella tendon, freeing it up so that it moves normally again.

Be warned, the videos are quite graphic images from the operation.

I am now doing rehab again, with range of motion exercises, partial weight bearing and in 10 days I'll be able to turn the pedals slowly. I can probably train again in a month.
